Although we work hard for you to not even have to visit this page, we still want to give you the 411 on how everything goes with shipping and returns:

 Here at JemAdorn we accept returns on all unworn items within 15 days of your purchase. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided upon request via email to any qualifying order purchased on the website.  Items must be received within 21 days of return request. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements are accepted at the discretion of JemAdorn. Upon receipt, returns are processed and refunded within 7-10 business days and confirmation will be communicated via email.

Refunds to the original payment method will be less any original shipping fees paid, and less a return shipping and handling fee of $5.*  Returns for store credit will not incur a return shipping fee (see exchange policy).  To initiate a return, please click here.


Earrings, sale items, custom items, personalized and engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges


We love a good sale and I’m sure you do to! We always try to offer the best discounted price on our sale items and because of this, all sale items and sample sale items are final sale. Please make sure to read all product details on sale items before purchasing.

All international returns and exchanges are responsible for return shipping. 

Sale and sample sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.  Custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. All custom orders are considered final.

*Please note that there will be a $10 charge if you fail to return your item(s) back with all of the original packaging.

* If your item you purchased has a donation to a charity attached, your return will be less 10%. 

Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed.

Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. 

Orders made at are eligible for exchange or store credit for up to 30 days after the receipt of product. Please note that an exchange is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging.  JemAdorn provides free exchanges within the continental US only.  Items received through exchange are not eligible for subsequent free exchanges.  To initiate an exchange, please click here.

Any product purchased during a promotion related to a "gift with purchase" can be exchanged for the full value of the invoiced price. If the exchange is below the promotional gift threshold, the gift must be returned or you will be charged for the full price of the gifted product. Gifted product cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an item is gifted with purchase, and the purchased item is returned without the gifted product, any refund or credit will be less the list price of the gifted item.

Any promotion not applied at the time of purchase may not be applied after the fact.  Please check your cart and order total before submitting payment.

An agreement for JemAdorn ("Seller") to sell goods to you ("Purchaser") is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller's charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled.

Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.


No worries! All of our jewelry and accessories have a 1-year warranty, which means we’ll replace the damaged item within a year from the time of purchase*. To get a replacement, send us an email and send us your name, shipping address, order number (if available) and a picture of your damaged item. 
Four exceptions: 
  1. We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
  2. If the jewelry item has been altered in any way we can’t replace the item.
  3. We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.
  4. Treasure packs -- Some jewelry pieces are not sold separately inside our treasure packs.  If these items break, a replacement value will be assigned based upon the type of jewelry item that broke.  


JemAdorn eCards can be redeemed online only. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card. JemAdorn will not replace lost or stolen gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase.
