JemAdorn currently ships to the 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas in Canada.

We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't.
1. Standard (3-5 business days): $4.50
2. Rush (1-2 business days): $25
PS: Standard shipping is free when you spend $50 or more. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to receive and process your order. Please note, We only offer Rush Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

JemAdorn is NOT responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please contact UPS/USPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 and provide them your tracking details. Once UPS/USPS has confirmed your package as damaged, lost or stolen, please initiate a package claim with UPS/USPS.
You can view order status on your Account page which will be updated as soon as you are charged for your shipment and again once your order ships. You can also check your status by clicking here.

You can use one promo code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid JemAdorn promo codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.

It's simple, just enter your gift card code in the checkout and you will be able to redeem it there.
Gift cards work like store credit on jemadorn.com. Once you have applied the gift card to cart it will automatically apply to your purchase. If you do not have enough store credit from your card to complete the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card.
We currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, AmazonPay, AfterPay, Sezzle, Zip, Klarna and PayPal for all orders.

Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. You can read more here.
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, and returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.
