To process your return within the US, please head here to get started. You will need your order number + shipping zip code. Your order number can be found on either your email confirmation or packing slip, included in your order.
You can choose to return or exchange your item/s for a refund to your original form of payment or an exchange or store credit (at no fee). If your jewelry arrived damaged or you got the wrong item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can ship you out a replacement at no fee.
Refunds are only processed once your package arrives to us! Please note that we can't process refunds more than 15 days after the date of shipment, so please keep that in mind.
Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s).
Keep your tracking number so that you can make sure it arrives safely to us. Once we receive the package, you will be refunded.
RETURNS PROCESS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
2. When filling out the Commercial Invoice for your return package, please mark the package as a Return to avoid customs charges.
3. Seal the box and return it to us! Please save your tracking number in the event you need to track your package.
4. Once we receive your return, we will refund your original form of payment!
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition, and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. Any unauthorized returns (including returns without a Return Form), undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after thirty (30) days of receipt by the customer, will be refused and the item(s) returned to sender.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item had arrived damaged).
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your account, as bank's processing times vary per establishment.
TAXES/DUTIES/REFUSED SHIPMENTS (FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS):
Once your package has been received at JemAdorn your refund or store credit will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.
JemAdorn is not liable for any damages in the event that merchandise you receive from us is not of the type advertised. If you receive such merchandise, you may return it so long as you comply with all of the return policies of JemAdorn.
Orders made at jemadorn.com are eligible for exchange or store credit for up to 30 days after the receipt of product. Please note that an exchange is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. JemAdorn provides free exchanges within the continental US only. Items received through exchange are not eligible for subsequent free exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please click here.
Any product purchased during a promotion related to a "gift with purchase" can be exchanged for the full value of the invoiced price. If the exchange is below the promotional gift threshold, the gift must be returned or you will be charged for the full price of the gifted product. Gifted product cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item is gifted with purchase, and the purchased item is returned without the gifted product, any refund or credit will be less the list price of the gifted item.
Any promotion not applied at the time of purchase may not be applied after the fact. Please check your cart and order total before submitting payment.
CERTAIN PROVISIONS REGARDING PURCHASES:
When you place an order for an item displayed on the Site, you are making to JemAdorn an offer of purchase. If JemAdorn accepts that offer, we will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do so. If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first.
We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 3-5 days, in all cases pending availability and credit verification. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses as well as International orders. We do not provide weekend delivery for any method of shipping.
Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines, and JemAdorn cannot ensure that the time frames noted will be met.
- We can only issue a replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
- If the jewelry item has been altered in any way we can’t replace the item.
- We’re unable to replace lost or stolen items.
- Treasure packs -- Some jewelry pieces are not sold separately inside our treasure packs. If these items break, a replacement value will be assigned based upon the type of jewelry item that broke.
JemAdorn eCards can be redeemed online only. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card. JemAdorn will not replace lost or stolen gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase.
